MY STORY
Stephanie Byrd has always been equipped to help others fly. She has been a mentor even before she understood the term, helping others navigate foster care and life in general. Others consistently contact her when they need a great idea, strategy sessions, or just an overall plan to get them from looking at planes out the window as they take off to actually boarding a plane of their own.
Affectionately known for her contributions in comedic talent, Stephanie Byrd has grown into a powerhouse speaker, with a heart for humanity and accountability for the youth.
Personified Greatness was born with the intent to create curriculum, service, and consultation centered on developing members of communal youth.
Through one program, Stephanie is able to carry out her dream of creating a multifaceted program that not only focuses on youth development but also the growth and coaching of other non-profit organizers who feel led to facilitate their own youth leadership program(s). Stephanie has helped numerous people through this service and hopes to remain parishioners of hope to both local and global communities.
